- Photos — Images you capture or select within the app when the game asks for a photo as part of play.

- Technical data — Such as app version, general diagnostic or performance data, and similar information needed to operate and improve the Service (as permitted by your device settings).
2. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Operate, provide, and improve Alphabet Travel Games and our related systems.
- Process your submissions, sync data with our servers when you are online, and support gameplay features.
- Photos and cross-game use — Photos you submit through the app may be uploaded to our application programming interface (API) and stored on our systems. We may use those photos, together with related metadata, as hints, illustrations, or other resources for other players in this game or in our other games and experiences. By submitting a photo, you understand it may be shown or reused in those ways as part of the Service.
We do not use your information for purposes that are materially incompatible with this Privacy Policy without telling you and, where required, obtaining your consent.
3. Photos — ownership and rights
Important: When you upload or submit a photo through the Service, you represent that you have the right to share that photo and you agree as follows:
You transfer and assign to us all right, title, and interest you may have in that photo, including copyright and similar rights, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where full assignment is not permitted, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit that photo and any related content in any media, for any purpose connected with the Service, including use as hints, prompts, or shared content for other users in Alphabet Travel Games and in our other games and products.
You waive any moral rights you may have in the photo, to the extent allowed by law.
You will not bring claims against us or other users arising from our use of the photo as described in this policy.
If you are not willing to grant these rights, do not upload photos through the Service.
4. How we share information
- Service operation — We use service providers (for example, hosting, storage, or analytics) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
- Other users — As described above, submitted photos and related content may be visible to or used for the benefit of other users in the Service and in our other games, as part of normal gameplay and features.
- Legal and safety — We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use your photos for unrelated third-party advertising without additional disclosure where required.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Children’s privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required in your region without such consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of this policy, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
